Introduction
Our vector control medium-voltage frequency drive that adopts advanced input phase-shifting rectification, innovative bridge inverter technology and optimized series superposition technology. It has the characteristics of high output power factor and low harmonic interference. The input and output current waveforms are very close to sine waveform, its "perfect non-harmonic" frequency converter.

●Vector-control technology of frequency drive improves the control performance, especially in the non-fan pump operating conditions.
●Master-slave control and automatic control of power balance function, suitable for multi-motor system operating conditions, such as mine belt conveyor.
●Completely forward and reverse speed tracking start, waiting-time is reduced.
●Low-frequency and high-torque start-up, over-excitation deceleration further optimizes the start-up and stop time to meet the needs of special operating conditions.
●The control system adopts the serial structure of touch screen + PLC + main control board, reduces the data circulation, balances the data processing pressure of each module,and adopts serial communication in data transmission, which enhances the anti-interference ability of the system and ensures the long-term stable operation of the system.
●The main control core adopts the three-core combination control of DSP-ARM-FPG GA, integrating the most advanced motor vector control algorithm. The DSP with 100M frequency realizes the high-speed data processing and ensures the real-time performance of the system;The internal logic clock of FPGA is as high as 150M. The communication between modules is without delay, the data parallel processing speeds up the logic operation and the system protection.
●The simplification of the control system further reduces the quantities of peripheral devices, reduces the failure, and makes the long-term operation more reliable.
●The fiber-optic communication and optocoupler isolation ensures the complete isolation of strong and weak current, making the system more secure and reliable without interference.
●Because of the phase-shifting rectifier transformer which is used, the frequency converter will not produce obvious harmonic distortion to the power supply network.
●The design of machine structure is compact, reasonable layout, unique filter design which can make replacement of filter cotton during operation safely and reliably.
●The output current waveform is close to sine waveform, the harmonic content is < 2% , and the output efficiency is > 97%.
●The input power factor is 0.96, its no need of a compensation device of power factor for operation.
●The self-diagnosis and protection function of the fault is perfect, which can realize the long-term stable operation of the system.
●The control system is supplied by double power supply to ensure no power loss during the operation of the system.
