This series of products adopts the design of large and forced air cooling system, and the equipment cabinet is equipped with a detachable ABS resin dust-proof ventilation filter. The equipment protection level reaches IP32, which meets the design standards and specifications of marine equipment. This series of products adopts standard module structure design, which can flexibly carry out different equipment layout designs and a variety of single power supply power capacity designs according to customer requirements. The single power supply power capacity can reach 12 MVA. The series product adopts the following proprietary technologies and characteristics:
1.2 Adopting the special large force air cooling technology and dust protection technology of the cabinet, the protection level of the cabinet body reaches IP32 under the premise of ensuring sufficient heat dissipation in the cabinet. This ensures that the equipment is protected from the influence of dust and moisture in the worse operating environment and can operate safely and reliably at 100% full load for a long time.
1.4 The latest instantaneous voltage waveform control technology is adopted. Output voltage fluctuation ≤ 0.5 V; The effective value of the output voltage changes instantaneously(voltage temporary drop) when the load is suddenly added / subtracted, ≤ 3% and returns to the rated output voltage value within 0.5 fundamental wave cycles.
The three-stage sinusoidal filtering technology of inverter output is adopted. The output impedance of sinusoidal filter is greatly reduced and the output power supply quality is improved.
1.6 The master-slave synchronization parallel technology is adopted. Realize the parallel operation of any multiple variable frequency converters power supply equipments without circulation.
The power switch device uses the fourth-generation SKIIP IPM high-power intelligent power module produced by Semikron in Germany; The main control chip uses DSP, the latest generation of TMS320 F28335-32-bit with floating-point motor control special digital signal processing functions; The driving transmission mode adopts 5MHZ fiber optic drive transmission; The inverter modulation method uses the latest SVPWM space vector pulse width modulation method.
Filter hoisting unit or 12 pulse rectifier Transformer: Using our own filter hoisting technology, filter the input harmonic current of shore variable frequency converter to reduce the harmonic interference to the input grid.
6 pulse or 12 pulse rectifier module components: Adopt diode rectifier module or Silicon controllable rectifier module + heat pipe radiator + German EBM shaft flow cooling fan.
Inverse unit: Adopt the fourth-generation SKIIP IPM intelligent power module from Germany+ Japan Nippon Chemi-con large-capacity electrolytic capacitor + flexible laminated mother row + large centrifugal air cooling fan. The drive and alarm signal of inverse unit are connected to the main control board through optical fiber, and the running information of the inverse unit is connected to the main control board through CAN bus, which greatly improves the control performance of the inverse unit, the display of operation information and the judgment and location of fault information.
Cross-flow side blowing cooling fan: Adopt the long-life cross-flow side hairdryer in China. The fan is installed in the cabinet door with IP32 detachable cleaning ABS resin ventilation filter mesh to inhale the indoor air outside the cabinet, and through the top of the cabinet with large air centrifugal fan emits outside the cabinet, The air circulation of the large amount of air required to be heat dissipation in the cabinet.
